Wow! I randomly found your Stack on the app. You sound incredibly brave. Your post gave me comfort. My father is dying of stage four metastatic melanoma. I’ve been writing about it on my Stack. That’s so amazing that you and your son are enjoying the time you have. How special for both of you. Life is such a blessing and a gift, and it’s so short. The older I get (I’m 40 in 3 weeks) the more I realize letting go is so much easier than holding on.
Seriously though: Thank you 🙏. I look forward to reading more posts ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your kind comment. Cancer is certainly an unplanned journey that comes from nowhere. I’m truly sorry about what you are going through as a son and caregiver to your father. I am certain he appreciates it more than you know. Thank you for reading my posts. I will definitely check out your site.
Renee you look great, so glad to hear of all your good news! Send pics from Italy - we were in Florence with my family over the Thanksgiving holiday, to tough place to leave - have a ball!
Oh wow I love the picture of y’all ❤️I love the excitement in your writing and it’s so good to hear y’all fulfilling your bucket list 😀Louis and I went to Vermont and I was not disappointed. I hope y’all have a wonderful journey ahead ❤️I love and miss y’all, say hey to the guys ❤️
My dear Renee! I enjoy your post every time, and especially when I read about the clean scans. Congratulations!
However, I am very sorry to hear that you are having such difficulty swallowing, and I hope that you can be helped in an easy and quick way after the endoscopy!
Enjoy your vacation in Italy, it is such a beautiful country with a fantastic food and wine culture, and a great memory for Mason.
I'm working for KPMG again, just sitting in the ICE train on my way back from Berlin to Hamburg, where Sascha and Immo are waiting for me. They have specially turned on the fireplace, because it has become cold in the meantime and this morning there was even the first snow.
Have a good time and enjoy Europe. Hopefully a trip will lead you to Hamburg (one of the most beautiful cities in the world 😊). In the sense of a reunion and all the love for you three, Fiona
Love the pic. Congratulations on the PET scan! So good talking to you and Jamie today; been way too long. Look forward to hearing about Italy and continuing the discussion on Iceland!
